Field Notes | The Coastal Edition

Posted by Casey Tucker on

This week we were very excited to receive a brand new collection of Field Notes, the perfect accessory for any explorer. This Spring they've focused on Land and Sea, and the shapes of the American Coastline to create a design for the covers of their notebooks that inspires and shimmers in the light.

Traditional vs New

We've always been a big fan of Field Notes. So much so we created our own Creoly Travel Notebook Cover in order to keep our Field notebooks safe and organised.
Check out our extensive range of Classic Field Note Packs on our Website.
But this Spring we're very excited to be stocking the brand's exclusive Limited Edition Spring 2018 'Coastal' Collection
The beautiful Coastal collection celebrates the left and right edges of the USA.

"Where America Meets the Sea"

Coastal East

This pack of three memo books reveals the Atlantic coast from Maine to Florida. The beautiful use of holographic foils on the collection's cover can appear almost any colour, depending on the angle of light.

Coastal West

Whereas Coastal West celebrates the Pacific coast from Puget Sound to the Mexican Border.

Under the Cover

Field Notes use of colour and coastal inspiration doesn't end with the cover. With both of the collections the Ocean pattern is repeated on the pages. The reticles on some pages are blue, whereas on others they are green or even in between.

The standard Finch Opaque Smooth body paper in the Field Notes collection means that not only are the notebooks aesthetically pleasing but also smooth and practical, ready for you to write down your adventures on its pages.

Why We Love Field Notes

Once again with this collection Field Notes have stuck to their brand and created the perfect notebook for any explorer this Spring via the use of geometric shapes, lines and holographic covers.
